In order to protect water and soil resource, and to assist the public for rational development to prevent and avoid disaster, the Water Resource Office of Taichung City Government established “Soil and Water Conservation Service Center” on January 1st of 2012; service includes free online consult on water and soil reservation and on-site technical support.

Consulting service includes：

II. Support on revising violating hillside construction within deadline
III. Technical support on the maintenance of water and soil reservation
